Finocchio Consulting was brought in to help accelerate channel sales on a recent acquisition. Partner adoption was an important objective. A comprehensive approach was developed to help the partners learn, grow, and accelerate their sales.This program included Sales and SE training, a demo program, marketing campaigns, and sales incentives. We pulled the program and team together working with partners, sales, and executives regularly to track and report progress. What started as a relatively contained project with a small set of partners in the Americas, grew to a broad, global program for all partners. This program was pulled together in 6 weeks and continues to adjust to market needs and changes.
