A Cisco business unit needed sales enablement support for about 8 different solutions. After analyzing the challenges, Finocchio Consulting devised and executed on a consistent go-to-market readiness plan to support the sales team with these large deals and long sales cycles. We helped build a set of key content pieces and developed an internal digital community for each solution. The digital communities enabled the field to find selling tools, contacts, and news easily. It provided a universal look/feel across the solution portfolio improving usability and satisfaction.
