This was a program that brought 30-40 partner executives to headquarters for a three-day advisory board. Finocchio Consulting worked hand-in-hand with the Program Manager on every aspect of the program. This included helping define program objectives that translated to a strong agenda. We helped our client with proper materials to socialize internally and gain adoption and speaker commitments. We managed the development and production of marketing and communication materials from invitations to onsite materials and post-event follow-up. Finocchio Consulting also oversaw the event management company and ensured logistics were seamless. These advisory boards were twice a year for multiple years, and we were thrilled to have supported each one.
