With her connections, skills, and vision, Finocchio Consulting was born in 1999. Who we are

Tiffany Finocchio

President

Tiffany founded Finocchio Consulting in 1999 and brings over 25 years of marketing and channel experience to the business. She started the company to help technology companies design, enhance, and implement their channel programs, tools, and services. With her connections, skills, and vision, she has organically grown Finocchio Consulting for over 18 years.

Before starting Finocchio Consulting, Tiffany held management and individual contributor positions at 3Com Corporation, Claris Corporation, Motorola Computer Group, and Hewlett-Packard Peripherals Marketing Center.

Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Santa Clara University in California.

In addition to leading a small business, raising twin boys, and enjoying family with her husband, Tiffany enjoys volunteering at the local high school, where she helps plant trees or scrub dirty walls as a member of the Beautification Committee. A relaxing evening for Tiffany includes doing a jigsaw puzzle by the fire with her labradoodle, Fredo.

Krista

Director of Operations

Krista is the heart of keeping the operations at Finocchio Consulting running smoothly and supports the Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources functions. On her days off she provides accounting support to the two restaurants she and her husband own. Krista enjoys volunteering at her children’s school and the local animal shelter. Over the past 4 years, Krista and her family have fostered 40 kittens (and only kept 2!). At the local high school, she leads the Beautification Committee and has coordinated the care and planting of over 45 trees as well as other beautification projects.

Before joining Finocchio Consulting, Krista previously worked at KPMG, American Century, Nextron Communications, and the two restaurants. Krista earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.

Fredo

Director of Security

Fredo joined the company midstream and is thrilled that Finocchio Consulting has a dog-friendly office. He is a 10-year old labradoodle who enjoys spending much of his time lounging on his color coordinated, ergonomic bed. While not napping and watching over his ‘ladies’ in the office, he is on alert and ready to bark at the UPS, FedEx, and Postal delivery folks. They all know his bark is much worse than his bite. In fact, they look forward to petting his luscious fur at each delivery.

Alex

Senior Marketing Consultant

Alex is a communications and marketing professional with over 25 years of experience, and has been focused on brand for the past 13 years. He has extensive experience, but is always learning, actively trying out fresh approaches and listening to new ideas. Alex likes leading teams and being a part of teams. He is not afraid of a blank slate; he loves to solve problems and build solutions from scratch. Ultimately, he is motivated by making a difference, by bringing something valuable to the table.

Before coming to Finocchio Consulting Alex was a Brand Manager and Senior Strategist at Cisco Systems. He received his Bachelors of Arts degree in English from the University of Washington.

When not helping organizations and people with their brands and storytelling, Alex enjoys traveling with his wife and three sons (staying home and watching movies is equally fun). He reads cookbooks for relaxation, strives mightily to work out as much as possible, and enjoys occasionally writing something completely unrelated to business. He also takes the lead in care and feeding of the family’s 6-year old Labrador, Salty Dog.

Bob

Senior Communications Consultant

Robert Moriarty provides strategic writing and editing services for clients looking to develop high-impact thought leadership content. His varied background includes more than 30 years of high-tech communications experience with companies such as Cisco, Deloitte, Intellisync, and Apple.

For the past five years, he has worked almost exclusively on creating content designed to help customers harness the Internet of Things (IoT) and digital transformation. His published work includes white papers on topics such as “Attaining IoT Value: Move from Connecting Things to Capturing Insights”; “A New Reality for Oil & Gas: Complex Market Dynamics Create Urgent Need for Digital Transformation”; “Where to Begin Your Journey to Digital Value in the Private Sector”; “Cybersecurity as a Growth Advantage”; and “Orchestrating Digital Business Transformation.”

Robert earned a BA in journalism from Colorado State University. He enjoys playing guitar, watching sports, traveling with his wife, and spending time with his daughter and two sons.

Cathryn

Senior Marketing Consultant

Cathryn is an award-winning marketer having spearheaded numerous global launches. She was the first consultant in Cisco Americas Partner Organization to earn the Lead and Scale Award and was named one of 7 “Magic Makers” tied to a key Cisco distributor’s growth of 1814% QoQ. Cathryn values building an environment of trust, open dialogue, and teaming to drive revenue.

She was an essential player behind the Cisco Spark Board Launch with only 5 weeks to prepare for the Americas rollout. Beyond identifying critical launch needs and engaging with nearly 100 people to pull the pieces together, she orchestrated the multi-city viewing of a live simulcast and individual site demos – all on launch date. Within the first 3 weeks after launch, over 1000 units had been sold. The team’s success was recognized with the Power Lifter Award.

Cathryn previously practiced law for 6 years, is a proud mother of 3 soccer-loving girls (of which 2 are identical twins), and somehow finds time to create Shutterfly photo books, read spy novels, and enjoy a great pizza.

She holds a JD from St. Mary’s University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Southern Methodist University.

Christine

Senior Communications Consultant

Christine is a senior marketing communications professional with experience in strategic planning and communications including executive communications, digital, public relations and social media. She has the proven ability to translate complicated business concepts into simplified messaging that drives the right business outcome.

Christine has strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently as well as with diverse teams. She thrives in fast-paced environments motivated by achieving shared goals.

Before starting with Finocchio Consulting, Christine held management and individual contributor roles in Marketing and PR at Cisco Systems and 3Com Corporation.

Christine earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with Minor in Marketing from California State University, Long Beach.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, sporting activities and volunteering with the high school booster club promoting team activities with communications and social media.

Courtney

Senior Marketing Consultant

Courtney is a partner and alliance marketing professional with over 20 years of experience. For the last 15 years she has been focused on strategic alliance and channel marketing programs that bridged the gap between corporate marketing initiatives, sales goals, and joint alliance solutions that amplify the corporate strategy, increase margin, and drive revenue. Courtney is a great team player and loves the synergetic nature of teams with everyone working towards the same goal, each with their own role. Courtney strives for seamless integration with organizations’ teams that maximizes collaboration and provides immediate value.

Before coming to Finocchio Consulting, Courtney has held several senior partner and alliance marketing roles with the largest technology companies including Cisco, HPE, VMware, Red Hat, to name just a few. She received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from California State University, Chico.

When not helping organizations with strategic alliances and channel marketing, Courtney enjoys living on a sailboat in Southwest Florida, watching her sons play lacrosse and cross-country, and getting creative in the kitchen with her husband. And she has two lovely fur-babies that keep everyone laughing and on their toes.

Erin

Channel Operations Manager

Erin has worked in operations for the last 15+ years with a primary focus on communications and marketing. In her recent roles, she has participated in many aspects of strategy, planning, and operations. She specializes in both the employee engagement as well as the planning sides of operations. Erin thrives on being in a central role helping to coordinate and unify teams as they work toward a common goal. Erin enjoys implementing procedures which help to simplify and expedite getting to the end point.

Before coming to Finocchio Consulting, Erin worked in strategy, planning, and operations roles at Cisco and Riverbed, where she specialized in employee engagement, communications, and learning. She began her career at Zimmer, a medical device company, where she spent time in variety of different roles before she found her niche. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University.

When not helping organizations with operational support, Erin enjoys cooking for her family, watching her daughter Irish Dance, and enjoying scenic Bay Area walks with her puppy.

Eve

Channel Marketing Program Manager

Eve is a technology channel professional with over 20 years of marketing program and project management Fortune to SMB experience. She is a veteran of the IT Publishing Market with the ability to manage several complex global marketing programs for Software Publishers, Hardware OEM’s, Resellers, ISV’s and Service Providers.

She is a dedicated team player with excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. In addition, Eve brings a wealth of go-to-market demand generation & data expertise, client-vendor partner recruiting and on-boarding as well as sales enablement experience. These skills combined with her experience in the channel have landed positions both on the vendor side as well as the client slide.

Most important in her life is her husband, two children, and dog, Bentley. Conveniently they live in South Florida because her most favorite place in the world is the beach. Proudly Eve serves on the Board of Trustees of her temple where she and her family are active members.

Eve has a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communications from Bentley University.

Jackie

Marketing Manager

Jackie is a seasoned Marketing professional with nearly 20 years of experience in leadership and analytical roles driving marketing strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and analyzing industry trends and competitive landscapes. Her experience spans across many high technology focus areas including enterprise software, data management and security. She is an extremely detail-oriented, creative and resourceful team player, who is always willing to go the extra mile to complete a project in a timely manner.

She received both her Business of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics and MBA degrees from Santa Clara University.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at her kids’ school, staying in shape with yoga and core conditioning classes, and working on home decorating projects.

Jennifer

Jennifer

Marketing Program Manager

Jennifer is a marketing professional with over 15 years of experience, she has comprehensive hands-on experience with global marketing programs and public relations.
Her areas of expertise include integrated marketing communications: project management, interactive, program management, events, digital, branding, advertising and promotions.

Jennifer is a result oriented, enthusiastic, team player with attention to detail and a keen ability to excel in global cross-functional environments. She has excellent tactical, communication, and relationship management skills.

Before coming to Finocchio Consulting Jennifer worked as an Integrated Marketing Communications Manager and Program Manager at Cisco Systems.

In her spare time when she isn’t on soccer fields across the U.S. cheering one of her 3 favorite players/kids, you can find Jennifer soaking up her happy place (the beach!). She also enjoys giving back through local charities, crafting, discovering new places through both domestic and international travels and hanging out with her 180lb lap dog, Rocco and rescue puppy, Kona.

Jennifer

Jennifer is a corporate marketing professional with a track record of delivering results at global technology companies, including Cisco Systems, Hewlett-Packard, and NetApp. She has a positive, professional style that is “roll up your sleeves” results oriented, mentoring, respectful, and collaborative. Jennifer has experience across virtually all marketing functions, as well as alliances management. She is especially adept at translating 'techspeak' into compelling, engaging copy.

Jennifer’s areas of expertise include: product, solution, professional services marketing for security, storage, and cloud technologies; technology alliances program management; vertical/industry solutions marketing; corporate brand marketing; messaging and content development.

Jennifer received her BA from Rutgers University (English and French), and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles, Anderson Graduate School of Management (Marketing and Finance).

When she is not working, Jennifer enjoys time with family (human, canine, and feline) and friends, working on her 1910 house, reading, working out, and music.

Julie

Senior Business Operations Consultant

Julie is a technology operations guru and leader. One of her most exciting projects was creating a centralized customer response center that supported 46 Internet data centers and more than 6K customers. Her direction and experience helped generate more than $2M/month in savings for the client.

Julie’s drive and focus is evident in her professional and personal life. Professionally, she was promoted to VP in less than a year to manage a central support organization of 200+ staff with a $30M budget. Personally, she will do a section hike this summer on the Pacific Crest Trail – 80 miles in 7 days. No matter what the challenge is, Julie strives to provide the highest level of insight and value.

She is a mother of 2 teenagers, acted as the Education Foundation President for 4 years, and serves as a middle school cross-country and track coach.

She holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.

Katherine

Katherine

Program Manager

Katherine’s background is program/project management with over 15+ plus years in Channel Partner Marketing managing a variety of different projects. In her recent role, she is in Strategy, Planning and Operations - managing product launches and announcements. She is results-oriented, organized with proven success in delivering programs as well as marketing & training activities. A hands-on team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills in working with multicultural colleagues and customers/partners.

Katherine earned a certification in Advanced Project Management from Stanford University.

In her spare time, she enjoys family time and watching her son play sports. She is also a big advocate of living a healthy lifestyle and teaches hot yoga a few times a week.

Kelli

Digital Marketing Project Manager

Kelli is a multi-faceted marketing crackerjack. Whether it’s project management, web community moderation, or administrating programs, Kelli’s the one to call. She also has a sharp sense for online analytics and metrics evaluation.

As one of the key community managers for a client, she acts as the “keeper of metrics,” providing regular reports and analytical feedback on the health and success of individual communities. This includes measuring the impact of launches, special events, and promotions.

She employs her communications and project management skills in her personal life, too, to achieve a balance between work and family. Kelli is a mother of 2 teenage boys, enjoys college football (Go Frogs!), and loves to travel. She is active in her community having chaired her son's Speech and Debate Parent Committee and currently serves on the Board of the Bellarmine Mothers’ Guild.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Public Relations from Texas Christian University.

Krista

Senior Marketing Consultant

As the leader of high-performing teams, Krista’s role is to remove roadblocks to the team's greatness. Being there with them in the trenches, hands-on when needed, whether it's developing messaging architecture or moving creative.

To keep her thinking fresh, she learns and teaches: Krista recently returned to USC to complete a Master of Arts in Communications Management, which has given her new models and perspectives. She enjoys her time in the classroom as a professor at San Jose State University as well as speaking at conferences.

Linda is a seasoned marketing consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in Silicon Valley. During and after college, she worked part-time at the Princeton Review for eight years teaching young minds how to prepare for their undergraduate or graduate admissions tests. She found great joy in helping students discover their hidden abilities and realizing their true potential. In her spare time, Linda enjoys spending time with her family and is active in community events and school-related activities for her children.

Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA and an MBA from UC Berkeley.

Marlena

Marlena is one of Finocchio Consulting’s channel marketing and programs heavyweights. She specializes in partner enablement, messaging and strategy integration, and branding. She recently worked on an acquisition project for a client helping to integrate a newly acquired company’s marketing programs and current partners into a massive channel engine of 70,000+ partners. She is no stranger to program implementation and analyzing post-program results, putting these skills into motion for the client by measuring partner training, communications, and web traffic results.

Marlena loves the opportunity to help clients achieve better results than they thought possible by first understanding their greatest challenges and proposing solutions.

Beyond her professional escapades, she is a mother of 2, a community volunteer, big foodie, and green thumbed natural.

Michelle

Michelle blends strategy and creativity to lead marketing and communications programs to amazing results. Randy

Channel Enablement Manager

Randy has more than 15 years of experience with large corporations and start-ups supporting product, channel marketing and sales. This provides him with a unique capability to leverage cross-organizational resources to drive company revenues. He has a passion for technology with specific areas of expertise in storage (SSD) and application performance.

Randy’s accomplishments include developing a go-to-market strategy and product launch delivering more than $5 million in annual sales; managing multi-million-dollar marketing programs with Sun and Oracle; developing a sophisticated partner program, spanning a multitude of practical competitive situations supporting over $20M in revenue.

Shay

Senior Marketing Consultant

Shay is a marketing powerhouse. She has built and executed marketing plans and programs for start-ups through Global Fortune 25 companies. Shay was awarded Consultant of the Year and Team of the Year by Ciber, Inc. and has been recognized by Siemens, AMD, and Cisco for her leadership and successful launches.

She strives to exceed client expectations and values every opportunity to solve different business challenges. When a cybersecurity company needed marketing expertise, she worked closely with its executive leaders to identify gaps, recommend strategies, and implement marketing programs. This resulted in a 97% increase in web users, 2 major product messaging package and training rollouts, and 12+ digital campaigns with an average open rate of 20%.

Shay loves building Lego, playing tennis, and spending time with family. A few notable personal accomplishments include starting and selling a popular pet service business in Austin, TX, killing a spider, and touching a frog.

She holds a Bachelors in Business Administration specializing in Marketing from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and will gladly break out “da Pidgin when one kama’aina like talk story with her.”

Sherry

Senior Executive Communications Consultant

Sherry has over 20 years of experience in corporate and executive communications. She has served as a trusted communications advisor to some of Silicon Valley’s most respected and highly regarded leaders. From these experiences, she has acquired a keen understanding of how C-suite executives think, and how to apply her expertise in executive communications to help them achieve their business objectives, develop and advance as a leader, and communicate with confidence, clarity, and impact. Sherry has an exceptional ability to quickly build rapport with senior executives, understand and articulate their voice, and create compelling thought leadership platforms to amplify their executive point of view.

Sherry’s areas of expertise include: C-suite/executive communications, employee communications, change management communications, strategic communications planning, strategic content creation, speechwriting/ghostwriting, executive social media, speaker coaching/training, presentation design, and graphic design.

Before joining Finocchio Consulting, Sherry held senior communication roles with Sybase, Cisco, and NetApp.

Sherry received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific.

She and her husband recently relocated to Santa Fe, New Mexico from San Jose, California. In her spare time, she enjoys kettlebell training, gardening, and exploring the more than 250 art galleries in Santa Fe.
