With her connections, skills, and vision, Finocchio Consulting was born in 1999. Who we are
Before starting Finocchio Consulting, Tiffany held management and individual contributor positions at 3Com Corporation, Claris Corporation, Motorola Computer Group, and Hewlett-Packard Peripherals Marketing Center.
Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Santa Clara University in California.
In addition to leading a small business, raising twin boys, and enjoying family with her husband, Tiffany enjoys volunteering at the local high school, where she helps plant trees or scrub dirty walls as a member of the Beautification Committee. A relaxing evening for Tiffany includes doing a jigsaw puzzle by the fire with her labradoodle, Fredo.
Before joining Finocchio Consulting, Krista previously worked at KPMG, American Century, Nextron Communications, and the two restaurants. Krista earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
Before coming to Finocchio Consulting Alex was a Brand Manager and Senior Strategist at Cisco Systems. He received his Bachelors of Arts degree in English from the University of Washington.
When not helping organizations and people with their brands and storytelling, Alex enjoys traveling with his wife and three sons (staying home and watching movies is equally fun). He reads cookbooks for relaxation, strives mightily to work out as much as possible, and enjoys occasionally writing something completely unrelated to business. He also takes the lead in care and feeding of the family’s 6-year old Labrador, Salty Dog.
For the past five years, he has worked almost exclusively on creating content designed to help customers harness the Internet of Things (IoT) and digital transformation. His published work includes white papers on topics such as “Attaining IoT Value: Move from Connecting Things to Capturing Insights”; “A New Reality for Oil & Gas: Complex Market Dynamics Create Urgent Need for Digital Transformation”; “Where to Begin Your Journey to Digital Value in the Private Sector”; “Cybersecurity as a Growth Advantage”; and “Orchestrating Digital Business Transformation.”
Robert earned a BA in journalism from Colorado State University. He enjoys playing guitar, watching sports, traveling with his wife, and spending time with his daughter and two sons.
She was an essential player behind the Cisco Spark Board Launch with only 5 weeks to prepare for the Americas rollout. Beyond identifying critical launch needs and engaging with nearly 100 people to pull the pieces together, she orchestrated the multi-city viewing of a live simulcast and individual site demos – all on launch date. Within the first 3 weeks after launch, over 1000 units had been sold. The team’s success was recognized with the Power Lifter Award.
Cathryn previously practiced law for 6 years, is a proud mother of 3 soccer-loving girls (of which 2 are identical twins), and somehow finds time to create Shutterfly photo books, read spy novels, and enjoy a great pizza.
She holds a JD from St. Mary’s University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Southern Methodist University.
Christine has strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently as well as with diverse teams. She thrives in fast-paced environments motivated by achieving shared goals.
Before starting with Finocchio Consulting, Christine held management and individual contributor roles in Marketing and PR at Cisco Systems and 3Com Corporation.
Christine earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with Minor in Marketing from California State University, Long Beach.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, sporting activities and volunteering with the high school booster club promoting team activities with communications and social media.
Before coming to Finocchio Consulting, Courtney has held several senior partner and alliance marketing roles with the largest technology companies including Cisco, HPE, VMware, Red Hat, to name just a few. She received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from California State University, Chico.
When not helping organizations with strategic alliances and channel marketing, Courtney enjoys living on a sailboat in Southwest Florida, watching her sons play lacrosse and cross-country, and getting creative in the kitchen with her husband. And she has two lovely fur-babies that keep everyone laughing and on their toes.
Before coming to Finocchio Consulting, Erin worked in strategy, planning, and operations roles at Cisco and Riverbed, where she specialized in employee engagement, communications, and learning. She began her career at Zimmer, a medical device company, where she spent time in variety of different roles before she found her niche. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University.
When not helping organizations with operational support, Erin enjoys cooking for her family, watching her daughter Irish Dance, and enjoying scenic Bay Area walks with her puppy.
She is a dedicated team player with excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. In addition, Eve brings a wealth of go-to-market demand generation & data expertise, client-vendor partner recruiting and on-boarding as well as sales enablement experience. These skills combined with her experience in the channel have landed positions both on the vendor side as well as the client slide.
Most important in her life is her husband, two children, and dog, Bentley. Conveniently they live in South Florida because her most favorite place in the world is the beach. Proudly Eve serves on the Board of Trustees of her temple where she and her family are active members.
Eve has a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communications from Bentley University.
Jennifer’s areas of expertise include: product, solution, professional services marketing for security, storage, and cloud technologies; technology alliances program management; vertical/industry solutions marketing; corporate brand marketing; messaging and content development.
Jennifer received her BA from Rutgers University (English and French), and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles, Anderson Graduate School of Management (Marketing and Finance).
When she is not working, Jennifer enjoys time with family (human, canine, and feline) and friends, working on her 1910 house, reading, working out, and music.
Julie’s drive and focus is evident in her professional and personal life. Professionally, she was promoted to VP in less than a year to manage a central support organization of 200+ staff with a $30M budget. Personally, she will do a section hike this summer on the Pacific Crest Trail – 80 miles in 7 days. No matter what the challenge is, Julie strives to provide the highest level of insight and value.
She is a mother of 2 teenagers, acted as the Education Foundation President for 4 years, and serves as a middle school cross-country and track coach.
She holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
As one of the key community managers for a client, she acts as the “keeper of metrics,” providing regular reports and analytical feedback on the health and success of individual communities. This includes measuring the impact of launches, special events, and promotions.
She employs her communications and project management skills in her personal life, too, to achieve a balance between work and family. Kelli is a mother of 2 teenage boys, enjoys college football (Go Frogs!), and loves to travel. She is active in her community having chaired her son's Speech and Debate Parent Committee and currently serves on the Board of the Bellarmine Mothers’ Guild.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Public Relations from Texas Christian University.
To keep her thinking fresh, she learns and teaches: Krista recently returned to USC to complete a Master of Arts in Communications Management, which has given her new models and perspectives. She enjoys her time in the classroom as a professor at San Jose State University as well as speaking at conferences.
Krista’s areas of expertise include: Brand Architecture and Messaging, Partner Brand Strategy, Strategic and Fiscal Planning, Brand Culture and Activation, Market Research and Analysis, Go-to-Market Planning and Execution, Cross-Functional Initiatives and Alignment; Leading, Coaching and Developing Teams; Leading Change, Marketing Operations, Campaign Strategy, all rooted in a Communications (specifically Public Relations) background.
As a consultant, she likes exploring the breadth of areas within a company. One of her most enjoyable projects was working on a healthcare collaboration solution to create a portfolio of assets for end-users and the sales field, all under tight timeframes and budget.
Linda is a seasoned marketing consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in Silicon Valley. During and after college, she worked part-time at the Princeton Review for eight years teaching young minds how to prepare for their undergraduate or graduate admissions tests. She found great joy in helping students discover their hidden abilities and realizing their true potential. In her spare time, Linda enjoys spending time with her family and is active in community events and school-related activities for her children.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA and an MBA from UC Berkeley.
Marlena loves the opportunity to help clients achieve better results than they thought possible by first understanding their greatest challenges and proposing solutions.
Beyond her professional escapades, she is a mother of 2, a community volunteer, big foodie, and green thumbed natural.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, volunteering at animal rescue and advocacy organizations and creating fragrances from pure, organic essences.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from San Jose State University and a certificate in Graphic Design from UC Berkeley Extension.
Randy’s accomplishments include developing a go-to-market strategy and product launch delivering more than $5 million in annual sales; managing multi-million-dollar marketing programs with Sun and Oracle; developing a sophisticated partner program, spanning a multitude of practical competitive situations supporting over $20M in revenue.
Randy’s areas of expertise include: Sales Enablement, Channel Marketing, Business Development, Strategic Alliances, Competitive Analysis, Sales Training, C – Level Presentations, Corporate Communications, Large Audience Presentations, Technical Product Demonstrations, User Experience, Application Performance and SSD.
Randy has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Marketing from California State University, East Bay.
She strives to exceed client expectations and values every opportunity to solve different business challenges. When a cybersecurity company needed marketing expertise, she worked closely with its executive leaders to identify gaps, recommend strategies, and implement marketing programs. This resulted in a 97% increase in web users, 2 major product messaging package and training rollouts, and 12+ digital campaigns with an average open rate of 20%.
Shay loves building Lego, playing tennis, and spending time with family. A few notable personal accomplishments include starting and selling a popular pet service business in Austin, TX, killing a spider, and touching a frog.
She holds a Bachelors in Business Administration specializing in Marketing from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and will gladly break out “da Pidgin when one kama’aina like talk story with her.”
Sherry’s areas of expertise include: C-suite/executive communications, employee communications, change management communications, strategic communications planning, strategic content creation, speechwriting/ghostwriting, executive social media, speaker coaching/training, presentation design, and graphic design.
Before joining Finocchio Consulting, Sherry held senior communication roles with Sybase, Cisco, and NetApp.
Sherry received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific.
She and her husband recently relocated to Santa Fe, New Mexico from San Jose, California. In her spare time, she enjoys kettlebell training, gardening, and exploring the more than 250 art galleries in Santa Fe.
